A wine experience on the Bolognese Hills, welcomed in the historic Monte Vecchio estate of the Isolani family, with exploration of the vineyards and the cellar, discovering all the production phases of organic wines and the secrets of their terroir.
Profumo di Collina An olfactory laboratory that takes you to discover, smell and collect the plants and flowers that live on the Fattoria Koinè farm. During the experience you will use the steam distiller and take home your Profumo di Collina as a souvenir.
