Ice-cream Masterclass - Toschi - Special Tasty weekend

After the demonstration, participants will have the opportunity to create 1 or 2 gelato flavors on their own, managing the ingredients and various tools, and learning how to achieve the right creaminess and consistency for a perfect gelato.

What you can expect from this experience: A master gelato maker will demonstrate the preparation of an authentic Italian artisanal gelato flavor through every stage: from measuring and combining the ingredients to using the equipment, from extracting the gelato from the batch freezer to displaying it in the showcase.

Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes
