1 pavilion for skating and hockey, 1 for handball, volleyball and five-a-side football, 1 muscle-training gym, 1 boxing gym, multi-purpose outdoor track.

• Pavilion A:1 tiled rink for skating and hockey (36.5X18 metres), 3 grandstands (400 seats)
• Pavilion B:1 regulation-size court for handball, basketball, volleyball and five-a-side football, 3 grandstands (400 seats)
• Ground floor:1 reception desk, 1 infirmary, 1 ticket office, 8 changing rooms, 2 toilets, 6 storerooms, 1 boxing gym and muscle-training gym (20X7.5 m), 1 multi-purpose gym (20x11 metres)
• First floor:1 meeting room, 7 offices for sports associations, 12 toilets

Association-managing body:
During the daytime managed by the municipal authorities, in the evening, Modena Hockey.
The centre is occasionally used for non-sporting events as well.
