Guided tour in the first Italian museum for the valorization of the traditions of the ancient art of charcuterie. A journey into delicatessen history and secrets, crossing the three centuries of cured meat culture of the Villani company, Musa offers visitors a multimedia and multisensory journey to discover cured meat production. 
2. Apericena at La Tenuta la Riva A guided tour of the vineyard and wine cellar, where fine sparkling wines are produced, followed by a tasting of three wine varieties accompanied by typical tigelle and cured meats.
