Just outside Bologna, you can find La Rizzola winery, which for over 30 years has been producing Reno Pignoletto, Merlot, and Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes, cultivated with organic and traditional methods, non-standardized wines that enhance the characteristics of the soil.
